Payment and Refund Policy

1. Our website offers an optional paid services for a premium version of our services. When you select for the premium services, you agree to pay MQL Data, monthly/ annually, the amount as specified therein. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis and you will be entitled to use our services for the selected period for which you make the payment.
2. Your payment details shall be required for signing up for our paid services. MQL Data does not misuse any of the payment details shared by you. If any unauthorised person represents themselves as a part of MQL Data and asks for your payment details, the MQL Data shall not be responsible for any misuse of your payment details thereafter and it will be solely your responsibility to secure the same thereafter.
3. MQL Data shall only be responsible for your payment details when the same is shared by you officially on our website or with any authorised representative of MQL Data.
4. We may also refund the payment made by you subject to certain terms and conditions on this represented on our website.
5. The request for the refund can be initiated by either mailing the request at ____________ or connecting with us over our support chat or ________(any other specific way). The refund shall be processed within ________ to the same payment method which was used at the time of making the payment.
6. No refund shall be granted to you if any leads do not align with your needs and satisfaction.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MQL Data, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may terminate this agreement anytime by closing your account and ceasing use of our Services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: This Agreement, the construction and enforcement of its terms and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the Parties hereto shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
• Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises from or relates to this Agreement or the use of the MQL Data site, please contact MQL Data to initiate a resolution process by entering into binding mediation and if any such dispute is not resolved within 15 days following the failure of the mediation, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration governed by the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (including the amendments thereto) whereby the Parties shall mutually appoint a sole arbitrator for arbitration proceedings. The seat of Arbitration shall be Delhi and the venue of the Arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language of arbitration shall be English.  If the Parties are not able to agree on a sole arbitrator, either of the Parties shall be entitled to approach the Court for the appointment of the arbitrator in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (including the amendments thereto).

Changes to These Terms

MQL Data reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You shall continue to bind yourself to the new and modified terms and conditions therefrom.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MQL Data regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
• Severability: Should any part of this Agreement, be declared illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
