Unintended auto-renewal, if a cancellation request was sent before the renewal date but was not processed.
Service malfunction that prevented meaningful access to the core features for a substantial portion of your subscription period (subject to our investigation and technical logs).
Refund request raised within 7 days of original payment, and services have not been significantly used or accessed.
Incorrect billing or charged a higher amount than shown.
⚠️ Note: Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with lead quality or service usefulness unless the malfunction is attributable to our system.
