User Agreement

Use of the Site

User-Generated Content

By submitting User Content, you grant MQL Data a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the User Content in any form, media, or technology.

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content.
• The User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
• The User Content does not violate any laws or regulations.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated this Agreement.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included on the Site. You expressly agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MQL Data shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or this Agreement, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MQL Data, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of this Agreement.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Agreement. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
